I would want self-driving/autonomous vehicles CLEARLY marked so that when I’m walking (which I do really frequently), I would know that they are being tested and to give them a wide berth. There are too many examples of collisions w/pedestrians for me to trust them (yet) at cross walks. Even still, I’m really supportive of the testing phase and know that vehicle-related injuries and deaths will drastically decrease w/this technology.

Strength = reduced costs for owning/insuring vehicles. Strength = fewer auto-related injuries and fatalities. Weakness = low levels of danger to pedestrians (me and my dog) as they are tested.

They would reduce the need for parking and allow human-centered design to be more possible.
