You seem to be ignoring the comments of the majority of the responders who feel the size and appearance of the buildings are wrong for its location in a residential neighborhood

I cannot believe the changes going on in Salem, we are over building, no respect for our City, we are loosing what Salem is all about. It saddens me to see these changes and our Salem Government dose not care about its residents.
I have owned my house on Webb Street for over 30 years, and I too am thinking of moving if this giant building goes up.

I commented earlier that the first proposal for the Settler's condos was for tall brick style buildings and the neighbors protested vigorously that it did not fit the neighborhood. The redesign is what you see there today. A worthwhile compromise. Salem is a historic city and you don't build large apartment building in a residential zone. It destroys the character of the neighborhood. Across the harbor at Tuck's Point in Beverly it was the same design problem. They started building the brick building and the neighborhood protested and the compromise was the grey shingle style condos that are there today.......

We need to make more affordable housing available, by holding the developers to a high affordable percentage! NOT by giving away open spaces and city owned lots!!!!!

Its too big. This project needs to be all elderly housing. Just as the sight was designed and it currently used as.

I can understand the size of developments along Bridge and Boston streets. The size was necessary to accommodate the site cleanup. To bring a much larger housing project to Lee Fort Terrace changes the fabric of the neighborhood.
