Yes if it became affordable.

NA since I settled in the neighborhood in 1970 first as a renter & then as a homeowner.
Even in 1970, there was a scarcity of affordable family-sized housing!

Before seeing your website, I sent a letter to introduce myself and my priorities to HRI staff.
I addressed it as I believed was the correct way to info@1627massave.com. Please attach
that letter here if you feel that could be helpful. There is no need for the letter to be private.

Note: This topic deserves a place on the agenda of a meeting. I stay this as someone active
in The Baldwin Neighborhood Council and we are actively involved in changing some aspects
of the history and culture of the neighborhood by wanting to acknowledge the area’s First Nation roots & a desire to renounce our connection to Louis Agassiz & affirm the identity of Maria Baldwin. Architecturally, the original building belongs to another era of elites and mansions. The commitment to affordable housing runs counter to that earlier era. We might want to design an unusual marker that allows those differences in historical moment to b
expressed in signage & perhaps even a mural or other form of public art.
