Whet attracts me to public plazas is honestly the amenities on the site. For example is there seating, recreation, meeting space, etc?

Beautiful location, this area of the Bay Area has been long forgotten and ignored. Not only Brentwood but Oakley, Antioch, Discovery bay, etc... there is so much growth potential in these areas in all honesty that any logical company not willing to come here before it starts to boom are missing a huge opportunity/market

What is needed more in Brentwood is high paying jobs that can be available in the area and not only Silicon Valley. Jobs such computer science, engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, banks, large corporations. This area needs a face lift that not only Brentwood would benefit but surrounding cities. Brentwood going through with such actions will get cities such as Antioch and Oakley to get their act together. City competition is always good

Thank you for your suggestions Jorge. Our Labor Market Analysis indicates Brentwood and the surrounding area has a high level of FIRE (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate) sector employees. The focus of the plan is to create new job opportunities.
