Is there a consolidated list of proposed neighborhood and street names? The forum thread is long and I would like to see the name suggestions.

At the entrance, have a history of the land and it’s journey into today.

The historic name of this property is Riverside Ranch. This name precedes the 100+ ownership of the Genazzi. Using one or both of these name in the neighborhoods new name would help to preserve its long history.

The historic name of this property was Riverside Ranch, this pre dates the ownership of the Genazzi family which has been on the property over the past 100 years . Using a combination of those historical names in the new name would be appropriate.

Paper Mill Creek runs thru the property, incorporating that into the name or the name of the original ranch owners, Genazzi

The street was named after Commodore Webster, a decorated Coast Guard member involved in early wireless communication. He was born in Washington DC and other than his name on the street has no historical connection to Point Reyes Station, let alone Marin. I would like to see the street renamed after the family who owned the ranch property that was taken under eminent domain to build this housing. The local history of the Fred Genazzi Family goes back to the 1850’s and would be a proper new name for the street.
