I would like to see a play space for children in the greenspace. There is nothing for children in the RAD, and the closest playground is the one in Aston park. The Aston Park playground is very unsafe with aggressive homeless and the play equipment is difficult to engage with.

1) At least 20% of the units should be truly affordable. I am not sure 80% AMI will get us there, but that should be the bare minimum. 2) With the urgency of addressing climate change, it would be a crime to build a new building that requires fossil fuels to operate. Make it a Net Zero building and promote that feature with signage. 3) Planned spaces for elders to interact safely with children. 4) Spaces for residents to store outdoor recreational equipment such as boats and paddle boards. 5) Please make green living walls and thoughtful plantings to maximize food growing and beauty.
