Totally agree. It used to be used as extra parking but now with the chians and over growth its ugly

Update the front of the building. All of the current buildings down town could use a face lift. We actually have a lot of different business there but they all look old, dark and run down. When you look at down town hopkington all the stores have an updated, more welcoming look with large windows for browsing.

It would be great if we could use the Fafard land on Rt. 135 (intersection of Waverly & E Union).

Many of the businesses in the core downtown area could use a cosmetic lift. Things like fresh paint and new signs would go a long way.

A coffee shop or place to grab a quick bite would be great. Walking distance from the office park and surrounding neighborhoods.
