Key Industries is a huge part of the community in a positive way! Plus, the large parking lot is one of few snow ban parking lots available in the area.

I believe the building that you are referring to actually plays a HUGE role in serving the community. Key Industries supports adults living with disabilities and because of its progressive approach to supporting the vulnerable sector, it has grown significantly. While a parking lot may not being the prettiest thing to look at, it serves as an accessibility point for all staff and workers to better do their important jobs.

Parking at meters overnight Thurs-Sun is great. Should be extended all week except for street sweeping night, and made permanent. Parking is harder to find as a resident in the area now.

Garbage cans on poles become few and far between the further south you go. Duke and Charlotte could stand to use a second one on the opposite side of the street.

Agreed! Sidewalks all along Charlotte could use some work... especially on the block between Duke and Queen Square. Our off road stroller can't be pushed along the sidewalk in some areas, can't imagine anyone with mobility problems.

Sidewalks between the Beatty and Queen Square need some work.
