This project is well positioned near employment and future services providing a great opportunity to live work and play in a natural setting that has access to trails and open space. This will be a great example of promoting responsible growth in north phoenix including infrastructure expansion, reaching towards our economic development goals, maintaining consistency with the City’s long term plans for responsible development!
