Seattle doesn’t have enough public garbage cans. There’s litter everywhere. Sometimes that litter is needles. Public art installations would also enhance the aesthetics of the project.

Correction:23rd & grand. Current slope allows people come down from nearby higher up blocks easily, but not vice verse. If there is a smart way to level it up, somehow bring people who just visited the Grand Common back to a higher grand, then more people will want to come.
