Improved streetscapes, more green space, a bona fide coffee shop/bakery with regular coffee at affordable prices in addition to the speciality coffees, and of course lots of good excuses to go there - goods and services to peruse/ purchase. Gathering spots to socialize etc.

More higher-end businesses or at least businesses that are willing to invest in themselves to improve what the contribute to Downtown physically and with the quality of what they do. Erica's is a great addition. Sunnyside is not.

These bridges are 25 years old. At most, they need a cosmetic update and inspection. Be happy for these bridges. 25 years ago, there was no bridge (or sidewalk).

I own this property. I planned to convert the home into a single family estate that would bring back the charm and beauty of the house but life has thrown a few curve balls my way and I have been unable to complete it. Sorry.
My hope is any potential buyer sees the beauty and history in the property and makes it beautiful again.

Relocate the fire and police stations. Someone will happily revamp the fire station and tear down the police station.
