I have lived at 1619 Mass. Ave. since 1983. That you shut down the parking lot with no notice and placed the cones so we no longer use the entrance to turn around is not welcoming. Also the utility work which was supposed to be finished on 2/28 is now extended to March 30 has done away with all of our resident parking on Mellen St. I would hope the final build will accommodate some of us who do not bike. As the primary abutters, we would hope to be informed of things that will impact our 23 units next door. We hope you will be better neighbors than Harvard,
