Where is the information about the traffic study that you said you would publish on this page "shortly" - 6 weeks ago?

At five stories tall on a little more than an acre of land this project is to big. With a planned 220 bedrooms that could mean 660 occupants by current maximum occupancy standards. To think that at least half of these occupants won't want to own a car is crazy. Thats 330 new cars to the neighborhood that simply can't handle that influx. You need to rethink the scale of this project to realistically fit in this physical space. It should be no more than two stories in height to fit in with the surrounding neighborhood aesthetics and should cater to elderly and disabled housing recipients with associated services for that demographic. The parking, traffic and safety concerns related to the size of your project are too great to sweep under the rug.

The new design has strong vertical lines and high up heavy horizontal details which enhance the verticality of the building. This goes exactly against community feedback you have received. The design should do the opposite and have strong horizontals that lower the visual weight of the facade. if Bridge moves forward with the new designs the critical reception will be that it is tone deaf.

You have not said how you will restrict vehicle ownership or provide adequate parking. Public transit is great if you are going downtown at regular commute hours. How will families shop for groceries on public transit? And the LAST thing we need is ANOTHER convenience-liquor store!

Has the state bumped its head? Have you been to the site? This is a terrible location for housing. A 5-story building in a park in a single family residential area? We have 5 housing projects within a mile of this park. None of the housing projects are required to provide any park space. Woodlake park would be the go-to and we currently have very little parking for park visitors. A better location for this project would be at the former Colfax Yard. This location was a planned TOD back in the day. We also have a park area dedicated to fallen police officer Tara O’Sullivan plus the police and sheriffs memorial. These landmarks have events throughout the year and parking is already very difficult at those events. Woodlake is a historical asset for this district - it was modeled after an English village and it is a special place. We have to move forward though fully for this park space. Our cal enviro screen score is 96 for air quality and geotracker has this community designated as a severely disadvantaged community. We need park space for healthy living. This area should be an orchard with trees and benches and community tables and parking. We need activities that draw existing community and future residents of the many already approved projects at this location.

North Sacramento was once a vibrant, independent, and relatively prosperous community. Help bring wealth back to the community. Give area residents first dibs on the retail space to open locally owned businesses. Better yet, help address the problem of financial access for the community's un-banked population by using the space to offer retail banking services through say, a credit union.

Woodlake Swim Club is privately owned and operated. Those who want access, and can afford to pay the dues, can apply to join.

Mixed used housing. All low income housing is not conducive to a thriving community as the residents cannot afford to utilize small businesses or restaurants.

I would like the child care center to be placed in the low income housing that you are building, run by your organization. I do not want a for profit company that is headquartered in the city of Citrus Heights to place a daycare in the Woodlake community center.
