Eventually, I hope to see the Harbour Passage become similar to what they have in Sault Ste Marie (http://www.hubtrail.com/), where Harbour Passage extends from the falls, to Shamrock, to the hospital/university, and then through all of Rockwood, and finally make its way down Crown back to the beginning.

Better yet--Why not offer recycling bins next to the garbage cans?

While Market Square offers a great atmosphere and good entertainment during the cruiseship season, the stage and banners could use an update. Last year they looked faded and the design looked like it dated to the 90s. It's a small improvement that would keep the focus on the performers and not the outdated display.

Rainbow Park could host periodic flea markets to help people inexpensively buy and sell items. A project like this could be modeled on the success of the Queen Square Farmers' Market.

A few garbage cans around town are much needed. Here, for example. People buy coffee & then go shop but have nowhere to throw out their trash.
