Convert the old Lee Pool building, currently used for DCR vehicle parking and tools, into a community indoor gym and class center. Both the building and the pool behind it occupy a very large parcel of riverfront land overlooking the Ebersol fields. Boston has a shortage of large indoor recreational areas, apart from university gyms, and this would boast gorgeous views and access to outdoor playing fields. Discussions have been started, no word on progress...

Modernize and update public transportation, especially the Seaport area.

Add a dog park to this empty space between the on/off ramps of CharlesGate! It was proposed a few times, but never flew. Currently MassDOT and other construction trucks park there, huge eye sore. This residential area is teeming with pooches, and desperately needs an off-leash area for dogs, mostly to ease the distress to grass/grounds on the Comm Ave mall.
