Fully support the Great American Restaurant idea. That's probably our favorite group of restaurants and would be great if we didn't have to travel up to Fairfax to eat at one.

Asked my family and a couple more ideas they had for restaurants were The Melting Pot a Smashburger, Cava, some small boutiques you can't find at a mall, also a nice brewery. Somewhere/something special for couples to go for a nice date night. An area where special events can take place for the community at a price (Hay ride in the fall, horse drawn carriage rides at Christmas, and a horse drawn ride carriage ride with at Valentine's Day, etc...

A Publix would be nice or a Harris Teeter. A great American restaurant would be very nice. ( Mikes)

Much agreed! Both a grocery store and restaurants are needed. Also years ago we had a Food lion and a Shoppers. Both stores have been closed for over 5 years.

It appears the the design for transportation looks great. The new plan looks to allow the traffic to flow straight through if traveling up PWPRKWAY. The only thing that may be problematic is traffic light timing for north and southbound traffic on minnieville.
