The close proximity to the fells makes this not the right place for a 40B development too environmentally sensitive this will also add more traffic to the area , forest street is already heavy traffic in rush hours.

I don't think we should develop this area at all we are developing enough and its too close to the fells. we don't need more 40B housing. it will cripple the already burdened school system. Please do not do this development

the flashing crosswalk yellow signs are not working. especially at Cross street. and Skillings Road. many drivers ignore the people waiting to cross and its dangerous not knowing if traffic is actually going to stop. We need to replace the yellow flashing crossing lights with actual smart stop lights that turn red when pushed like the one at montvale ave. this will force the traffic to stop it should be for at least a minute as well to allow for traffic calming and for people in wheelchairs to cross or families with small children. we need a smart crossing light at Bacon Street and Skillings as well - cars to not obey the yellow crossing signs....

Heavy traffic and high speeds continue to diminish the character and walkability (bike path borders neighborhood, Muraco and Leonard field across the street, 1 mile to town) of the lower Forest St. neighborhood. With the new soccer complex and potential developments in adjacent neighborhoods, I'd love to see more attention paid and traffic reducing measures applied to this area (including Cross and Washington)

I would like to see the Town develop an Economc Development plan that encourages and promotes sensible commercial growth, like medical services or other businesses that leverage our strengths. So that these lots aren’t being developed in a haphazard way, and so that we don’t zone away the remainder of our limited commercial revenue - we have done too much of that already.
