It is now Spring 2023 and still nothing. This whole thing is a joke. Every other development in Southie has been done. Old Colony is on the last phase. MEM was supposed to start in 2018. Every year, same excuse. I don't believe it's happening at all. When and if it does, our kids will be grown.

Any updates? Does this project still have a start date in 2023? Where will construction begin? Will all tenants have a choice of receiving a section 8 voucher or will they be limited?

Parking is a big problem go to dinner get back home cannot find fund anywhere to park. Bathroom are to tiny you can literally put one foot in the tub and the next in the hallway
