A decent pizza restaurant similar to Picco or a bakery-café like Flour, both in the South End. A new scalded down version of Trader Joes or Whole Foods called "Trader Joes Essential" or "Essential Whole Foods". A microbrewery-restaurant business.

As a person without a car, the services this will provide (that I will walk to mind you) are badly needed. I can think of few areas by T stops that are as badly serviced at the Savin Hill stop.
