Extend Riverwalk under Granite St bridge

Zoning should be more like downtown given growth and highway access. However parking availability needs to be taken into consideration more than downtown is currently. A public parking area should be assigned during snow emergencies. The 2 parking garages downtown are not enough for the city population. As a landlord this is a popular tenant complaint.
