We are in a climate emergency and cars don't help. Will you help fund elevators to make the Steinway St subway station ADA accessible? Look at the building proposed for Queens Plaza North: They are putting in an elevator for #7 train access. You can do it too.

Affordability is key. You boast that 1/4 of the apartments will be affordable. By my math, that means that 3/4 will be unaffordable. Less than a mile away, the Phipps organization was approved to convert a commercial parking lot next to the LIRR tracks into an apartment building which will be 100% affordable. If they can do it, so can you!
