River Access! Is there a way to get to the water? Connections in the future to Mt. Vernon trail at LBP are important, but what about Roaches Run?

"No dogs allowed" spaces, as well as a separate dog park (where dogs can be off-leash) so that both dog owners and those who are afraid of dogs (or have dogs that don't react well to other dogs) can all be happy.

Yes! Something like Huntley Meadows with a bird watching blind would be great.

Walking paths and boardwalks at Roaches Run would add a nice piece of natural solitude for wildlife watching and contemplation in the middle of the City - a unique feature for the area. We have many nice manicured and programmed spaces, but would be nice to have a place with more of a natural habitat.

Huntley Meadows. Interaction with nature in the midst of suburban sprawl. Oasis.

A walkway that connects the individual small parks, so that a person trying to get her 10,000 steps can comfortably walk from one park to the next without having to deal with busy traffic, bicycles, and scooters.
