Aucun avantage pour la commmunaute. Nous ne voulons pas un Montreal a Pointe-Claire.
Le trafic sera abominable aux environs de Fairview, et nous avons elu notre Maire pour mettre fin a ce projet.

Ce projet va causer des problemes graves pour les residents de Pointe Claire. Nous deviendrons une communaute type centre ville ou il ne fait pas bon vivre. La densite avec les tours a 25 etages sonne la fin de notre banlieu paisible.

Si ce projet est accepte, nous aurons de besoins de magasins, bureaux, banques etc.
La mobilite des residents est mise en question, et les blocages seront inimaginables.

Limited low cost condos or apartments, max., 5 stories. Surrounded by green space and trees.
We should not try to emulate the Montreal core.

I think the space should occupy some modest low cost max., 5 story housing (apartments or condos) surrounded by green spaces with trees. A 10 story apartment should be out of the question. Pointe Claire should not emulate the Montreal core.
