None. We need better roads and public transportation. Try driving through this area during rush our in the morning and evening. We DO NOT need more housing and retail. This area does not bring in shoppers and the shops will decline to off the wall nail salons and smoke shops. We have enough failing shopping in this area. If you want to get more people here, fix the roads, make driving here a better experience. Potomac Mills USED to bring in tourists, now they avoid it due to traffic. We have the Potomac Town Center, we really do not need or want this!

If you want to put commercial use in that's one thing. What we don't need is more dense residential added to the community when our schools are already vastly overcrowded. Might be more appealing with single family homes as opposed to townhouses and apartments. Otherwise just no...

How is any one going to be able to drive in or out of this development considering the intersection it is being built next to?

That area is already terribly congested. There are days when it takes 30 minutes to go 1 mile in that area! And the above reply shows the developers are not even considering the impact on traffic beyond the immediste area.
