Keep the library’s original facade and entryway for pedestrians. Silence the bar noise - no amplification into the surrounding neighborhood. Have a snug atmosphere in the bars that encourages conversation.

Being so close to Metroparks is great. What’s needed is pedestrian access to the park other than narrow Old Lorain Rd with it’s tight, blind curves. Also needed is handicapped and carless access to Rocky River Nature Center.
