That's great and having a bike station reinforces the need to have a desire line connection to the park on Fulkerson. Please ensure that there is a path from Binney that continues along the west side of the building and connects to the former Fulkerson site park in the back.

Consider adding a pedestrian bridge from bike path to Fulkerson St park. This would connect Wellington - Harrington / King School to East Cambridge / Kennedy School.

Please accommodate desire lines to ensure street access from 325 Binney at the left of building to the planned park behind the building on Fulkerson St. It is unclear if this is being done.
