this approach with 3 yes and 3 no per site is not so helpful; we still need to think more about a realistic and cohesive package for each site, given size and location; the elements in each site have to fit together; you awareness of background of spaces such as Metro Market Square (w foot traffic and Farmers Market) and Gateway (important to know what really fits with LBP), and Center Park (a central oasis, between events and large gatherings); also important to anticipate what could fit in 15th St Park and at 2011 and 2345

Ruling out event space and promenade; also multi-use courts; no plaza or outdoor dining; I know the residents across the street would love a bandstand, but personally I think this would instead be ideal at the WATERPARK!

Here you must ignore Sector Plan illustrations; they merely represent things that some folks felt were missing among all the sports areas inside Long Bridge Park; the space should combine accommodation of the needs of visitors to Long Bridge Park on foot or bike, together with local needs for a more quiet area (whether active or passive); another consideration: could not handle use which attract users requiring parking; you need to know that in the entire Long Bridge Park there is no food service (except possibly a food truck for an event); and the SAME will be the case in the Aquatics Center!!!! so the main need for LBP users is a kiosk for water/snacks/ice cream with some places to sit down and rest; seating either flexible or on benches (with shade) would also serve other uses, who need lawn space for picnics etc' the backdrop towards the railroad must be nature garden/trees/garden space; activities in the form of small game area;

Clearly not the place for things like multi-use courts, bandshell, dog park; also not for scenic trail, garden space, central lawn, picnic tables or nature garden; suggesting that the lower portion could be a green, lush area is a complete illusion; it may all have 2 or 3 segments, but this the area to 'trample'

this will be a 'passing through' area with short time spent; opposite of Center Park; at this transit node there is need for services, beyond the options offered; by definition it is a pedestrian plaza; needs short-term seating, meaning benches OR flexible seating; kiosk; then also public art and some game space; even if 3 separate areas instead of 2 (WHY?) must be designed to hold a Farmers Market and similar events;

focus on grass, not concrete; also on being peaceful; so ruling out promenade, dog park, multi-use court; no need for outdoor dining and no space for scenic trail, and no place for any kind of plaza;
