As far as new retail we need more clothing stores for woman and for children , Steinway has no stores to shop for children

I have lived In the Astoria/LIC area my entire life ! In public housing ! It disgust me that I can’t continue to live in my neighborhood with out living in public housing because I can’t afford any of the other housing in the area! There needs to be affordable house ! Housing that can be rented in paid on a working salary ! If the Rent of most of these apartments are $2,000 and $3,000 that is not affordable at all
