Actually, nothing has been finalized yet as they are still accepting public comments online until Thanksgiving, but the 38 between downtown and East 105th would be replaced with the 9.

I am concerned that RTA is considering dropping the #38 route which will serve this library location. Please work with RTA to strengthen connections to our libraries.

The 38 goes down Hough. Are you saying they are going to reroute the 9 through Hough?
There is more to Hough than the riots. There were businesses. It was also a community.
