A restaurant that is open outside of work hours, especially during the weekend. Also this neighborhood needs a drugstore!

Retail that is close to Broadway where most of the foot traffic is located. Please provide seating and tables for passive uses that don’t require purchasing food/drink.

Let’s rethink the amount of parking please. This is a transit rich area and Boston properties shouldn’t be subsidizing drivers at the expense of the planet.

Neighborhood serving retail would be great as this area has a lot of residents but the retail caters to lunchtime crowds. Retail should fill gaps in the street frontage currently taken up by soulless garages, expansive office lobbies, and oversized flowerbeds. Can we get a hardware store?

No paved or fenced ball courts, they don’t allow for passive enjoyment of open space or gathering. Provide seating areas, tables for picnics, landscaping that is native to the area.
