Grocery: Trader Joe's for sure, The Fresh Market, Amazon Fresh maybe, Harris Teeter. Restaurants: Burtons, Chart House, Maggiano's, Yardhouse, Ruth's Chris (It would be nice to have some fine dining options in the area.) Also, South Block, Panera, and a local/mom and pop bakery/ice cream shop would be cool.

Things I would love to see in the Quartz District: 1. Trader Joe's 2. South Block 3. A shared workspace, like a Gather or Barnes & Noble, Panera (Starbucks doesn't serve as a good shared work space bc it's always so overcrowded already.) 4. Fine dining!! Burtons, Maggianos, Charthouse, Yardhouse, Ruth's Chris, etc 5. Anyyyy department store - Macy's, Nordstroms 6. A local/mom and pop bakery, ice cream shop, florist etc 7. TOPGOLF! (Miniature is cool too) 8. South Block again :)

We love the huge outdoor digital screen and sound system at Stonebridge at Potomac Club for free summer night movies. Everyone brings blankets and lawn chair to enjoy family type gatherings. It would be nice feature to your center as well.

There is a Whole Foods going in on Minnieville. We have Harris Teeter on Hoadly and a Wegmans at Stonebridge. Trader Joes would be nice. Please no more 7-11s, auto parts, or drugstores!

There will most likely be a Whole Foods in Potomac Shores. I have several friends who live in that neighborhood and they have voted for Whole Foods.

We have been trying to get a Trader Joe’s for years. There is even a fb page and so many of us have tried. A trader joe’s Or Whole Foods would be great. We have a MOM’s but we want more healthier grocers.

There is a wegmans down the street. Whole food or Trader Joe’s would be great. I prefer whole food more though :-)
