Open spaces with trees, playgrounds & dog runs are good, but cleaning up after your dog must be enforced. The amount of dogs, unlicensed & licensed have increased & owners need to clean up after their pets.

Steinway Street always had it's own uniqueness.The things suggested sound good, but I wouldn't what to lose the essence of Steinway. The Mom & Pop stores, Pizza Joints etc.has been the foundation of Steinway Street. Would love to see a combo of the & new.

This is an enormous need. for those of us East of Steinway in particular, the riverfront parks are so far away, transportation to get there is so erratic as to be useless and there are no dog runs or even grassy spots. The few playgrounds are tarmac.
