Personally I'd like the option for a smaller detached home for a single person who still wants a small garden. Restaurant, bodega-style grocer, pharmacy.

Trees more than manicured grassy area. Ponds too.

A place for small arts and crafts shows. Small concerts. Stand-up comedy shows.
