Add a Community Center that’s not exclusive to the Residents of that particular Apartment community. There’s a lot of History in this area, include the people who live around this development.

FiftyTwo, East, Liberty, Highland , without those names included will destroy the History of the neighborhood. That’s where Pride comes from. Memories and Hopes from days gone by.

Proper Management of the Property. Educate Prospective Tenants on the expectations of the community upon move in. Include addendum’s in the Lease that puts the responsibility back into the residents hands. This will prevent the community from becoming an eyesore like so many before it.

Or Most Housing Authorities accept applications for Project based Section 8 Online. Any housing authority in any county will accept your application. If they don’t have online capabilities there is usually an option to print and mail or scan and send back.

Safety: We need a police precinct in this area, cameras, more foot patrolling, and clean up the neighborhood. These are some of the things that can be done NOW! before we bring in something new.
Recreation: New library, new recreation center (Rupert bell is too small/old)/ a walking trail, an area that can accommodate outside concerts, reading sessions, and movie nights...

I'm curious as to why not improve the existing single family homes that surround this area before building a brand new area that will stick out like a sore thumb?
