Many of the businesses in the core downtown area could use a cosmetic lift. Things like fresh paint and new signs would go a long way.

The light set at Main Street / Rt 135 could do with a review as well. Traffic backs up down Main Street to the train tracks. I'm sure it's set a particular way for Kidde-Fenwal, but that should only be for their high traffic times, not all the time.

Improve traffic flow at this intersection. Traffic coming from Homer Ave gets backed up due to poor timing of traffic lights, especially with the train (amplified by occasional bad drivers who block you out).

Love the Mexican restaurant here. Could use some updates, but this is a private owner etc. wonder what the carrot and stick could be for continually refreshes to outer look and landscapes for the businesses. Not sure.

This small plaza needs something to make it more noticable. Needs updating.
