The 13th HS Boundary lines adjustment added over 300 students to Osbourn Park HS. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1suTk1NHkeVlIlBBsWhWQG0YjNfvrOUy_/view Your "Information & Plans" show only 73 spaces available at the school. Adding 300 + 39 from the Kline Development will greatly increase the overcrowding at the high school.

With all the small area plans (Where dense development should be) being developed, the number of dwelling units will be greatly increased in the future. The Kline Property is not a good location for high density townhouse development.

Can the school system just buy the land for the new elementary school? Why does it need to be provided as part of the rezoning application. This would be similar to the purchase of the land for the 13th high school instead of the massive Stonehaven development.

The main problem is there are already over 10,000 units approved to be built. We can't continue to add to this list when the county infrastructure cannot support the existing residents. http://eservice.pwcgov.org/planning/documents/BuildOutAnalysis/2017_Publication.pdf

Stanley Martin doesn't understand Mark. The impact of this development goes way beyond the immediate area where they are talking about making improvements to the roads. Stanley Martin, I invite you to drive down Prince William County parkway towards Woodbrigde and make a left onto Yates Ford Rd heading into Fairfax county over the Occoquan bridge anytime between 6 am and 9 am. Or the reverse between 3 pm and 7 pm. Sit in that bumper to bumper traffic and tell us you really think the road can handle more use. This is the only way to get into Fairfax County without using 28 to 66 which is a nightmare as well. Something needs to be done in order to alleviate this congestion before I would ever support a project like this. If you used the land to serve the community such as a big park, winery or brewery, I would support you. But adding all these residences that puts more commuters on an overburdened infrastructure is a horrible plan.

Need to integrate commercial and residential together. Similar to what is being built behind Papa Johns off Hastings.
