We love trees and cutting down 83 acres of them is madness. Stop this project!

So you will protect the existing, mature trees?

this community is a terrible idea and another example of a developer trying to overbuild in an area where the roads are seriously stressed by existing traffic volume. Seriously, a residential development of 2000 units is insane for this area and will never get my support. Will do my best to oppose this project!

I think it should be done in a different location, Hudson road is already too flooded and so is Route 9. Gravel Hill area was spoken of and I think that was a better choice but anything taking more farmland away is a bad idea. Also, anything near Cool Spring should be reconsidered due to the crime.

Will you leave the topsoil? Will you not replace it with builder’s clay do little can take root. Will you plant quality trees or cheap saplings that don’t stand a chance of maturing? Leave the land as it is.

You have already told me enough for me to say DO NOT DESTROY ANYMORE LAND OR ANIMAL HABITATS FOR YOUR MONETARY GAIN. Not to mention the over 32,000 trips a day on small roads leading to our waterways.
I do not approve of your project and will do whatever I can to obstruct your greedy goals. You’d bring us together to stand against you.

I would like to know where the "32,293 vehicle trips on an average weekday" are supposed to go on those little country farm roads that were never designed for this kind of traffic. And what happens on weekends and in the summer? This is pure insanity!

This is awful. There go more trees, which at this rate our breathing will diminish from all these cars and less trees. Lived here for 35 years, and because it was a rural, quite place to live. Gone forever, quality of life here gone! When is the greed going to stop, all about the money. I have been put on hold getting a specialist because to many people, not enough medical professionals to care for them. Stores packed, post office packed, roads packed. STOP this sprawl now. It is already to late here. Absolutely disgusting!

This land requires re-zoning to build what you propose. This re-zoning should be denied. Route 9 already can't handle current traffic leve!s. Stop the madness.

Trails are lovely. Some thought should go into minimizing light pollution. Ground-level lighting can mark a trail while minimizing light spill.

No, you have a history of altering infrastructure to support your own motives and not listening to the residents of the county and state who speak out in opposition

How about a pledge to NOT cut down woods or drain wetlands , which are disappearing throughout the county at an alarming rate. This is insanity in the face of climate change. How about a pledge NOT to ask for rezoning from AR-1 to MR-RPC. What is the plan for keeping the estimated 32,000 plus vehicles per weekday off the already overcrowded roads, especially Route 9? Traffic is already frequently backing up from the Vineyard to Five Points.
Why does your proposal include the removal of 83 acres of forest if you love trees? Could it be that you love money more?
