Yes, control of noise and light pollution. Concerned about stadium style lights such as the ones at Merrimack College.

Privacy is also another major concern of mine, to include both noise and light pollution:

a. With a walking path and parking lot close to the back of the neighborhood, I am sure the residents don’t want people looking in their backyard. On top of that, those yards will undoubtedly be used as a cut through. As it stands with Royal Crest, this is already an issue that will only get worse. Has there been any consideration for a permanent fence?

b. Noise will also be prevalent, with parking lots, housing and late night outdoor events. Has the Town considered restrictions to mitigate this?

c. As a parent of a toddler I am also very concerned about three years of construction noise. What will the construction schedule be? Will it go through weekends? When the construction templated to start and what is the duration?

d. I fear increased light pollution will also detract from our peaceful neighborhood, with 24 hour lighting needed for parking lots and parks.

I am also concerned with the drainage plan:

a. I noticed that your plan places basins close to Berkeley Rd Lot lines. More standing water in the area brings in more mosquitos.

b. Additionally, our neighborhood has a high water table. We already have issues with flooding, I fear drainage from a development in this size would only worsen our problem.

4. Lastly, traffic on RT 114 is already awful and this development will obviously make it much worse: What if anything can be done to mitigate this issue?

Would love to see some of the art from such nonprofits as Elevated Thought.

Public art. There are many artists in the MV and I'd love to see some public art on display. Adding to that, a spot for community based rotating mini-exhibitions.

I love the idea of a second hand clothing store.
