Make some of the homes handicap accessible for those needing accessibility and make affordable less than the average market rate.

I agree that there is too much wasted roadway by this site that should be captured and converted into useful space. I think the city should transfer some of that land to the project in exchange for more affordability in the housing units.

Increase the amount of affordable housing units. WWJD? Affordable housing. The city is facing a housing crisis and people who grew up here, whose families have been here for generations, can't afford to stay. Now Boston is "cool" when for years it was a place people didn't want to be. It's disrespectful. In the Christian spirit of preferential option for the poor, I suggest making affordable housing, rent and home-ownership a priority for people who already live in the area.

It would be nice if local business owners were able to get priority in having access to this new retail space.

This development should include much more affordable units, and/or units that are targetted for families earning much less than the required 70% AMI cut off.

I think the developer should reach out to that church and its congregants to ask them this question. As someone who lives on the other side of fields corner and has never been to that church, I couldn't possibly know the right way to honor them.

I'm worried about gentrification and displacement of tenants and small businesses. Overall, I hope to see a mix of businesses that reflect the mix of incomes and ethnicities in the area. I don't want to see businesses catering only to higher income people.

A affordable coffee shop providing jobs and training(s) to the neighborhood.
