These goals are all great and cover so many issues. The area really is a multi-modal transit hub for buses, biking, and cars and is need of a community focal point. The neighborhood is currently cut off by the massive amount of traffic on Rainier and 23rd. As part of improving the pedestrian experience and neighborhood space, I'd love to see some pedestrian links added around Grand and 23rd/Rainier to support the space. People frequently are forced to jaywalk through busy traffic to get where they need to go on foot today.

More emphasis on Total Housing that fits the average wage not the "market rate- luxury housing'; more homeowner - no renters- set up like a park (more grass than sidewalk; more trees; integrated artwork). fewer parking spaces and more condos that meet diverse groups.

I would like to see varied seating options but because the location is a high transit area and prone to homelessness...there will have to be intentional thought provided
