Commitment to keeping all property and lands currently owned by Winchester, owned by Winchester for the next decade... please don’t sell off the town to pay for our current dreams, keep those properties for future town plans to debate. Feel free to develop them, but keep the ownership. Don’t shortchange our future.

Perhaps an organized informational campaign would help? Just a thought

The Town's highest needs IMHO are new Lynch and Muraco Elementary Schools. The field at Lynch is under utilized and is also not at its best and highest use at this time.

The Winchester Public Library is a great asset to the Town of Winchester.

I would like to see the Town develop an Economc Development plan that encourages and promotes sensible commercial growth, like medical services or other businesses that leverage our strengths. So that these lots aren’t being developed in a haphazard way, and so that we don’t zone away the remainder of our limited commercial revenue - we have done too much of that already.

The "town" cannot afford to maintain what it already has - let alone support additional recreational facilities.
