I would like for my door to have a buzzer, so I know my delivery packages can get in. I am tired of my packages getting stolen, because they can't get in.

The thing that I worry about it is about the moving. will the office will let us know with plenty of time when it's our turn to move. and most important will the office will help us locating a moving company because I don't have the minor idea how much will it cost and they might take us for a ride and charge us more. Also, for how long will be moving so we can relocate the Internet Service as I use it every single day and it would be too hard to live with out it.

if I could change anything about Mary Ellen McCormick it would be the maintenance of each unit and lack of response for fixing things. And I would also change the buildings main door and make it so each building doesn't have to worry about the homeless and drug users using the hallways as there bathroom and area to use there drugs.

Any updates? Does this project still have a start date in 2023? Where will construction begin? Will all tenants have a choice of receiving a section 8 voucher or will they be limited?
