In a challenging housing market and ever increasing rent rates in the bay area affordable housing is a necessity. Affordable housing is a solution to allow people from all background and financial status to live and thrive in the community they work in. It is a solution to avoid the exodus of much needed labor, active community members that make the fabric of the bay area society.
