I suggest that zoom be implemented when holding resident meetings so the disabled and shut in community can attend.

If construction begins at the courts, how soon will current residents be able to move? If taking a section 8 will you have to wait until your buildings phase? Or will they be offered beforehand? I am on Logan way and from the map my building part of phase 1:3. That will probably take years until it gets to my phase. Will I have to wait? Or can I leave with a section 8 or be transferred to a new unit?

There are so many elderly residents who are house bound because they can't make it up and down the stairs of their apartments. Some have been on transfer lists for year's. We need to get those residents into elderly housing asap.

It will be a shame to watch the row houses being demolished! They were built in 1932 and the craftsmanship can never be repeated! The new development will never stand 85 years.

Disabilty signs not handicap signs are not placed every and any where, you the individual must apply for the city/town to review the application if you qualify then a sign will be placed where your car is parked. Everyone out there needs to know to please be considerate when deciding on taking someone's space who is more in need for it kidness goes a long way!😐

I understand that there will be a washer and dryer in every unit! That will be 3,000 washers and dryers! This should keep maintenance busy IE plumbers everyday of the week!

Some nonprofits put a bunch of those resources together during the pandemic, including a directory of local nonprofits. You can see it online at www.sbneighborhoodaid.org or call/text their hotline, 617-221-7594 to have a print version sent to you.

I would like for my door to have a buzzer, so I know my delivery packages can get in. I am tired of my packages getting stolen, because they can't get in.

What about people over 60 or handicap? They're opening a building for62 and over already . I won't be 62 years old for another year . I just turned 61 years old yesterday . I've waiting and waiting for handicap or senior housing for over 3 years . I live on the 3rd floor and its really feels like I'm a prisoner in my home . its very hard going up and down the stairs , I'm unable to breathe without the help of oxygen .

I’ve been here for 4 years now.The apartments is so small. I would like more space. Townhomes would be great for those who are working . I want to feel good about where I live and what I’m paying for. I think we should have that option . Also , a balcony for those close to the street. It’s a beautiful view to enjoy .

I haven't heard anything sbout the upcoming remodeling of Mary Ellen McCormack since Covid was introduced into our lives.
I am disabled and have many concerns regarding relocating. Is there a date set and how will disabled tenants be assisted?

I thought after the demolition of Columbia Point housing project, the building of a huge monstrous housing development, you're intending on building, would not happen again. There's nothing special/quaint about 3000ppl cramped in a space originally designed for a little over 1000.

if I could change anything about Mary Ellen McCormick it would be the maintenance of each unit and lack of response for fixing things. And I would also change the buildings main door and make it so each building doesn't have to worry about the homeless and drug users using the hallways as there bathroom and area to use there drugs.
