I'm in support but need to take a closer look at the pedestrian pathways, central plaza and buildings. I didn't see setbacks or tower modulation.

Knowing a little about the owner, I sure hope we are happy about the planned retail enhancements. I walked the RTC campus with my wife (and dog) today and was shocked I forgot about the value of the northern parking facility to RETAIL. It's all starting to come together. We bumped into a "Flat Stik Pub" worker and are totally thrilled about them and the recreation and fun they'll bring to Redmond at large! WE NEED RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES! Bellevue doesn't have Flat Stik so RTC could draw shoppers. (Kirkland has Flat Stik.) Sidebar: We walked south to the unused parking lots. We tried to visualize where the 12-story buildings will be positioned. I'm excited there MAY be space for a 6-8 story mixed-use building, adding even more retail. But I need to call you on that Patrick! Cheers!
