Outdoor areas, yes! Maybe the suggestion of a performance space with a couple of steps. People could eat and drink there when there is not a performance.

Architecture and murals, local African American businesses, signage, place finding, preserve the James Washington Fountain. Ensure that there is space for creative activity reflecting today's talent.

No specific, and Forterra may be able to help with that. It does seem that a group already part of our community would do well. Maybe coyote central need space to expand? Maybe a youth recording studio, or radio broadcasting space?

It'd be awesome to have all of the choices available for the square (restaurant, clothing, co-work spaces, etc..) but of course I realize that space is limited. Ideally the space will be full of multiple activities to increase foot traffic and encourage community usage.

This neighborhood has a rich and vibrant history. African American, Sephardic and Ashkenazic Jews, Italian, Chinese, Japanese immigrants. The red line brought many people together. Maybe there can be some historical art pieces to remind and educate. Room for youth programs would be terrific.
