More retail spots at an affordable price so businesses can afford to do business here. The shops need to be filled. The passage ways need to be better covered so you can shop and not get wet.

The downtown streets are already too crowded. Can hardly get through many hours of the day. Concerns are being discussed about what light rail will bring to the city. Is there adequate parking for light tail users too?

As long as it does not remove parking spaces. I would like a parking garage that accommodates trucks and mini vans.
