Think about sustainability in the planning and with what companies you let into the retail space….it shouldn’t just be about who will pay the most but who will reinvest in the community and add value. Sadly I have no faith and afraid this will just become another shopping center like everything else in Woodbridge and make traffic worse at that.

Less traffic and beautify Woodbridge. Do something innovative. Take a look around at all of the dilapidated and abandoned shopping centers in Woodbridge and DONT DO THAT.

Strongly disagree. Why would you put a school on a major roadway like that. Traffic is already bad enough. Not safe and not a benefit to anyone, put a school somewhere else.

Trader Joe’s would be a good store. We don’t need anymore fast food or chain restaurants. The food in Woodbridge sucks and it’s almost all chains or fast food. Do better or don’t do it at all.

Make it something aesthetically pleasing and still green. Don’t make traffic worse than it already is (terrible).

We have so many restaurants already, we need places to attract and entertain younger crowds in their 20-30s which is lacking now. Somewhere where people could listen to music, dance or watch a comedy show for example. And at the same time have somewhere for families to bring their kids so they have fun in a safe way

Make it sustainable and net zero, accessible by foot or public transportation, and keep as many trees as possible. I am concerned about how air quality will be affected by increased pollution and this going against the 100% clean energy goals set by the county. Show you are a leader in sustainability and you have my full support

Trader Joe’s. Not Whole Foods. Whole Foods sucks. We already have a ton of boring grocery stores and awful chain restaurants in Woodbridge, why are we adding more?

There is no space for all that. Why would you put that here on the main road in Woodbridge. Ugh.
