residential 12 Units

The Clermont is a proposed apartment development at 2222 Fulton Road. Named after Robert Fulton’s first steamship, this project aims to deliver twelve new residences, with each apartment having a large living room, modern kitchen, full bathroom, and washer and dryer in unit. The property is located close to additional transportation infrastructure - with the 45 line running up and down Fulton twice an hour and the 22 line two blocks away on Lorain Avenue every fifteen minutes. The project is a half mile from the West Side Market and additional transit and bus lines at W. 25th St and Lorain Ave. Bicycle parking will be provided in the rear of the building for residents and visitors. Our landscaping plans call for new trees to be planted in the front and rear of the property.

The facade of the structure is staggered to break up the massing and provide a more approachable street front from a pedestrian scale - from any angle at most only two of the four vertical sections are visible to someone walking on the street.
